After doing a number of intense workouts a week, taking rest days are vital to keeping
your body healthy. One thing people get confused about rest days is the word rest. This does not necessarily mean to do nothing on this day, but to treat and help aid your body. For instance, in a previous blog we discussed the importance of having a daily stretching routine. Doing various stretches on a rest day can quicken your body's recovery. Another recovery workout you can perform are episome salt baths.
Episome salt is also known as magnesium sulfate which is notable for its therapeutic properties. Magnesium has critical function to biochemical reactions in the body that benefit your body. There are many people who are deficient in magnesium due to numerous health factors. Episome salt baths are a convenient way to replenish your magnesium levels, allowing your body to soak in the minerals. To enjoy an episome salt bath, simply fill up a tub with warm water and add in 2 cups from an episome salt bag. After you have added the salt, mix it in with the water until it dissolves. Once it has, submerge yourself into the water and allow your body to sit in it for at least 20-30 minutes.
Take the time to prioritize self-care. Having a wellness routine can help improve your mind and body. It is important to ensure that we are both mentally and physically healthy. Taking episome salt baths are a way to relief your body of muscle stress or to even have a moment of tranquility.

I totally agree with you that its very important to stay physically and mentally healthy ! Taking some time to do some self care is necessary whenever it can be fit in your schedule.
